Terms and Conditions: A full refund of deposits and payments, less a 10% administrative fee, will be given up until 7 days prior to the program start date. In the case that a money-back guarantee has been provided along with the program, then a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee, can be given upon a written request by client/customer by the first day of the second class in the course. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of refund request prior to the program start date.
